GO HEAD-TO-HEAD AGAINST YOUR TFF 08/09 RIVALS
Telegraph Fantasy Football 08/09 Super 20s is the new way to enjoy fantasy management and gives you an extra way to add excitement to the season. It's great fun and, remember, it's a separate part of the game and doesn't affect your team's position in any other league.
All teams registered before Friday September 05, 2008 will automatically qualify for the Super 20s competition. Here's how it works:
- On Tuesday 09 September, 2008, you'll automatically be placed (at random) into a league made up of 20 teams - you and nineteen other managers from around the country.
- Each week, you'll go head-to-head against one of the other nineteen managers in your Super 20s league. So, at the end of 38 weeks, you'll have played against each of the other managers TWICE.
- At the end of each scoring week, Super 20 points will be awarded depending on how your team has performed compared to the team you're up against:
Score more TFF 08/09 points than your opponent that week: +3 pts
Score the same number of TFF 08/09 points that week: +1 pts
Score less than your opponent that week: 0 pts
Points from these head-to-heads will be used to generate a separate league table of the 20 managers in each league. The highest placed manager in each Super 20s league at the end of the season is the champion!
